This form is for notice of secretary by Companies post incorporation. By filing this form, user will be able to submit its notice of appointment, change or cessation of secretary under the Companies Act of Barbados. After filing of this Form 9A, the CAIPO Officers will review the Form along with documents annexed to the same and if they find the same to be in order, then the form will be approved and the notice of secretary will be taken on record.
